The new odd sized bottles that the wineries are now producing will prohibit the bottle from being stored double deep in our metal cabinets. Please bear that in mind as it will diminish the bottle capacity of your unit. These units do not have the option to be customize, however our wood cabinet line, the cubicles can be customized to be wider and the depth can be deeper (33 inches for example) so that you can store odd sized bottles double deep.Note: It is a normal function of the unit for the temperature to fluctuate. The unit is designed to cycle and this fluctuation of 5 degrees prevents the unit from excessive cycling. Capacity may vary depending on bottle size.
